SINGAPORE - Singapore Premier League club home allied organised a photography exhibition at the MacPherson Community Club (CC) on Saturday (Dec 29), in what was a peak of a community outreach programme aimed at youths bustling in MacPherson.Called My World Through My Lens, the exhibition proverb some 50 youths, who are portion of the MacPherson pubescent Network Club, proudly display photos they had taken during the literary holidays.They had undergone a photography workshop from Dec 14-16 conducted by professional photographer Lee Aik Soon, and were tasked to invade a series of impactful photographs from in relation to the MacPherson place based on four themes: "People and things we value", "What we want to change", "What we want to act out the world" and "Portraits". The exhibition was attended by Ms Tin Pei Ling, devotee of Parliament for MacPherson SMC, and Mr Chong Kee Hiong, an MP for Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC and helper to Home.Said home general official Badri Ghent: "Home allied sees this as an excellent opportunity to leverage on photography as a vehicle to steer captivation back into the local football fraternity and the community at large."It is valuable for us to engage youths in Singapore continually, and we admit the strength of photos and social media as a publicity tool. "We after that want to find the money for back to the MacPherson community and MacPherson CC, for their hold of our teens academy at Mattar Road."
